During the R&D process, SABIC technical staff, sales staff, and market developers worked together to select materials. After in-depth exchanges of project information with customers, we learned that what the customers needed was a PEI special material that required medical certification and high temperature resistance.

SABIC polyetherimide (PEI for short) is a super engineering plastic made of amorphous polyetherimide. It has the best high temperature resistance and dimensional stability, as well as chemical resistance, flame retardancy, electrical properties, and high Strength, high rigidity, etc., PEI resin can be widely used in high temperature resistant terminals, IC bases, lighting equipment, FPCB (flexible circuit boards), liquid delivery equipment, aircraft internal parts, medical equipment and household appliances, etc.

Customers have diverse color requirements, so with the cooperation of SABIC, Qingdao prime union Trading sent the following color plates to customers for selection. After confirming the colors, it provided relevant feasibility plans for the actual implementation of the project.
