Last week, a customer who manufactures coffee machines contacted us. They hope that we can provide them with a permanent anti-static food-grade ABS and anti-static food-grade PP.  Antistatic ABS is usually made from ABS base materials by adding a certain amount of conductive agent or static dissipative agent. Its density is about 1.05g/cm³, its heat distortion temperature is about 80℃, its tensile strength is about 45MPa, and its elongation at break is about 5%. Antistatic ABS also has excellent molding properties and processing properties, and can be processed through injection molding, extrusion and other processes.

Antistatic ABS includes permanent antistatic ABS and semi-permanent antistatic ABS. The main component of ABS permanent anti-static material is ABS resin. By adding special conductive fillers and treatment agents, it has conductive properties and can prevent the generation and accumulation of static electricity, and this effect is effective for a long time.

ABS permanent anti-static material has the following characteristics:

1. Permanence: The conductive performance of ABS permanent anti-static material is permanent and will not weaken or fail over time.

2. Stability: The conductive performance of ABS permanent anti-static material can remain stable in different humidity and temperature environments and will not be affected by the environment.

3. Processability: ABS permanent anti-static material can be processed through conventional processing techniques such as injection molding and extrusion, which is convenient and fast.
